Making a Complaint

Our hard-working staff aim to provide the best possible service but occasionally things don't go as well as we would like. 

If you wish to complain about an aspect of the service we provide please try to speak to a member of staff in the first instance and we will do all we can to resolve the issue. If this fails and you need to make a formal complaint please either use the form below or write to us. We will consider your complaint and reply to you as soon as possible.
We value your feedback - it helps us to improve the service we provide.

Complaints Procedure

If you feel our service has been substandard at any time during your contacts with Moorside Pharmacy, we encourage you to contact us and leave feedback. Our staff are always happy to help and we’ll do our upmost to ensure your queries and concerns are dealt with effectively.
How to raise a complaint
We aim to maintain a high level of service but we may not get everything right. If you have not been 100% satisfied by our service you can help us to improve it.

Complaints Procedure
In order to submit a successful complaint please try to describe the issue in sufficient detail to help us investigate it effectively. After considering your complaint one of our team will contact you (either by an email or a phone call) with a resolution or an explanation. Hopefully the issue can be resolved at this stage but, if not, it will be escalated to a manager who will contact you within five working days. 
Recording Complaints
All complaints are logged and recorded so we are able to analyse them for any recurring issues and use them as discussion points for staff meetings.
If you’re still unsatisfied with the eventual outcome, or are not happy with the way your complaint has been dealt with, you can contact the GPhC who may be able to provide support:
